Metral Drive runs parallel to the Island Highway through north Nanaimo, a few minutes from Woodgrove Centre and the Nanaimo Parkway.
Hours
Every day, 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Sunday.
Calls and emails outside those hours are answered the next morning. If a showing or a deadline needs a faster answer than that, say so in the message and it moves up the list.

That runs from Deep Bay in the north down through Bowser, Qualicum Bay, Qualicum Beach, Parksville, Nanoose Bay and Lantzville, into Nanaimo and Cedar, and south through Ladysmith, Chemainus, Crofton, Maple Bay, Duncan, Cowichan Bay, Cobble Hill and Lake Cowichan. Port Alberni sits inland on the same service area.
Nanaimo is home and where most of the work sits, so if you are weighing one community against another anywhere along that stretch, it is a conversation worth having before you narrow the search.
