Accessibility Statement

Effective 7 November 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this site, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. If something gets in your way, please tell us, and we'll fix it or get you the information another way.

Our aim

We build and check the site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, on every page.

Known limits

Listing descriptions and photos come from the REALTOR.ca listing feed, so their wording and image descriptions are written by the listing brokerage, not by us. Some features rely on other companies' services, such as the maps, the video player and the booking calendar, and we can't change how those work.

Telling us about a barrier

Call the office at (250) 800-2896, or contact Kiel Bach, (250) 667-4182, kiel@bachrealestate.ca, or Travis Bach, (250) 619-2517, travis@bachrealestate.ca. Tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We aim to reply within two business days.
